用活河蟹, 米油, 鹽, 糖, 花椒醃製而成...可以保存6個月呀!

我從未食過醉蟹, 覺得佢生唔係好敢食, 但今日林老闆誠意權權, 又試吓啦....
嘩, 好鹹呀! 真係覺得麻麻...不過點都食埋佢啦.
型爸以前去上海寧波都食過幾次, 但味道同呢的唔一樣.
當晚食完, 返去狂飲水, 咁鹹, 真係唔啱我口味呀!
