you want to make soft egg yolk and hard egg white? In that case, keep your eggs out of the fridge the night before and add to boiling water and cook for 4 minutes (it works every time for us :)
We want soft egg white and soft egg yolk. I did the same but cook for 3.5 minutes when we want to cook 半生熟蛋. I am trying to use a easier way with the keep-warm cup. Just pouring the boiling water into the cup for certain minutes, then it becomes 溫泉蛋
