今日個胃唔舒服, 其實都唔係好願郁, 但係有的野唔可以唔整, 唔舒服都要頂著. 因為二公子明天生日, 我應承了整New York Cheese Cake 比佢食, 佢話好耐無食過啦.
呢排搬blog睇番, 真係一年無整過啦, 佢生日想食我整嘅蛋糕, 係我嘅榮幸. 唔好食佢都唔叫我整啦. 料都買齊, 唔舒服都要整.
一年無整, 的手藝生疏哂!
先做餅底: 8塊消化餅壓碎+50g溶牛油撈勻
將甩底8"蛋糕模反轉(方便脫模), 包上牛油紙托底, 再放入碟內, 將牛油餅碎壓平, 放入冰箱急凍.
500g cream cheese + 140g 糖

入爐之後整酸忌廉面

用咗半盒落芝士糊, 剩番嗰半盒加28g糖拌勻, 放回雪櫃

整完sour cream, 我上房休息咗半小時, 到焗爐响Ruby先打電話叫我落去. 如果唔想個面啡色, 焗50分鐘都夠啦. 不過而家有的啡面, 我都覺得靚靚呀, 滿意!

加上sour cream, 掃平, 呢個動作都有的難度架, 由其是我一年都無做過. 放入焗爐多焗10分鐘

出燼啦. 哈哈, 焗完就知個面唔係掃得咁均云
待涼就可以放入雪櫃, 雪一晚明天食就啱啱好.
第二日只要插個Happy Birthday牌就算啦 (其實可以用朱古力筆寫嘅, 懶囉).
二公子仲攞著個蛋糕同Loki一齊影相.
佢話好好味呀! 哈哈, 聽到佢咁講, 就已經開心哂啦!
待涼就可以放入雪櫃, 雪一晚明天食就啱啱好.
