豐富又健康的早餐

星期六唔需要返工, 可以在家慢慢享受一份豐富的早餐
 
烘多士+ 保暖杯整的半生熟蛋

今次只焗了20分鐘...一樣係過熟...我呢個保溫杯真係勁呀!

雖然唔係100%熟哂, 但同我地想要嘅溫泉蛋都仲有好大分別

不過食半生熟蛋點都好過食煎或炒蛋.


仲有呢碗加了阿麻子高鈣奶粉及燕麥糠的無糖麥皮


一杯馬來西亞白咖啡


咁豐富嘅早餐唔係我一個人食架, 除咗杯咖啡, 我每一樣都同Loki分享架.

  1. you want to make soft egg yolk and hard egg white? In that case, keep your eggs out of the fridge the night before and add to boiling water and cook for 4 minutes (it works every time for us :)

    1. We want soft egg white and soft egg yolk. I did the same but cook for 3.5 minutes when we want to cook 半生熟蛋. I am trying to use a easier way with the keep-warm cup. Just pouring the boiling water into the cup for certain minutes, then it becomes 溫泉蛋
